Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve a space in class. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.
There are no refunds once payment has been received. Classes are non-transferable. If you sign up for a class and need to switch the date there will be a $50 transfer fee.
At this time we cannot offer any make-up classes. Due to COVID-19 and social distancing we are keeping our classes small so there is not enough room for extra students. If you need to miss a class you will receive the class notes with full instruction on what was covered in class.
Effective June 26, 2020 Elite Canine will require all of our students to wear face masks. This is a state mandated regulation and we want all our students to be safe and healthy. We also ask that you follow social distancing rules once inside the training center.
Effective November 16, 2020 Due to social distancing mandates we can only allow 2 humans to accompany their dog to class. We are hoping this will change soon.
If you are signing up for our One on One Program, your payment must be received 72 hours before the first session. All of the aggression policies include our One on One Program. If your dog shows any signs of aggression towards the trainer the sessions will end and there are no refunds. Our services do not include any behavioral training beyond obedience.
All dogs attending Elite Canine's training classes must have the following vaccinations:
Rabies (required in puppies 16 weeks and older)
Parvo/Distemper
Bordetella (optional)
Canine Influenza (optional)
Please do not bring your dog if they are in heat. They will not be permitted to participate.
In order to protect all the participates in our classes, Elite Canine reserves the right to decline entry to any dog who presents behavior issues that may be overly dangerous, disruptive or that may be exacerbated by participation in a group class. If your shows any signs of aggression or are too disruptive (barking, whining) to remain in a class environment we will have to ask you to leave and we will refer you to a behavioral trainer or our private sessions your class fee will not be refunded
Please leave your bags in the car (we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items) or maybe leave them at home. We want to make sure no one gets a hold of anything that could harm them. Please do NOT wear flip-flops to class. Please wear comfortable shoes preferably with a rubber sole. We do not permit shock collars, prong collars or choke chains. We also do not permit retractable leashes.
