Basic commands that we teach are sit, down, wait, recall (come when called), leave-it, take-it and trade.
Socialization
This class includes a puppy playtime in each class.
Class information
- This class runs for 5 weeks, 1 hour a week. It will be on the same day and at the same time each week.
- The class fee is $220.00 for the entire session. The fee includes all 5 weeks. (payment will reserve your spot in class). You must attend the first class.
- This class is for puppies that are 10 weeks old to 4 months at the time class starts dogs and have their required vaccinations for their age.
- For an extra fee you are also offered the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy certificate.
- All registration fees are non-refundable.

AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy is an exciting program designed to get dog owners and their puppies off to a good start.
How It Works
Attend our Puppy Stars class. This certificate can ONLY be done in a group training class. Your instructor will administer the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy test at the end of the course. Upon passing the test, we will submit your paperwork to AKC® for your AKC S.T.A.R. certificate. All dogs up to a year old are welcome to participate in the program.
Your puppy will receive the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Medal (for display or memento purposes; not suitable as a collar tag) and a beautiful, frameable certificate designating your puppy is a AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy. You and your puppy will be listed in the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy records.
